CHUCK OZBURN HBWK07A

I soak my corn, as is, (no husking) silk end down in a bucket of cold salt water (1 handful of rock salt to 1 gallon of water) for about 3 hours. Cover the edge of the gril so the water won't stain it and put the corn right on the grill from the water bucket. Turn corn to dry out husk, and maybe let it burn a little.

Return the corn to the water for 5 minutes and then back on the grill to dry out again. After it dries out the second time, it's ready to eat. Shuck using kitchen mittens and serve HOT with lots of butter, salt and freshly ground pepper. Chuck in Pok MM Format Norma Wrenn npxr56b
