Country chicken nuggets

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Corn flake crumbs
teaspoon Oregano leaves
teaspoon Thyme leaves
1 cup Sour cream
2 eaches Tb. Dijon mustard
2 eaches Boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1\" pieces
½ cup Butter, melted
1 each Tb milk

Directions

MAKES: 30-40 NUGGETS

SAUCE

Heat oven to 425~. In small bowl, stir together corn flake crumbs, oregano, and thyme. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then coat with crumb mixture. Place chicken ½" apart on a 15X10X1" jelly roll pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until fork tender and crisp.
