1½ | teaspoon | Oregano leaves |
1½ | teaspoon | Thyme leaves |
1 | cup | Sour cream |
2 | eaches | Tb. Dijon mustard |
2 | eaches | Boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1\" pieces |
½ | cup | Butter, melted |
1 | each | Tb milk |
Directions
MAKES: 30-40 NUGGETS
SAUCE
Heat oven to 425~. In small bowl, stir together corn flake crumbs, oregano, and thyme. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then coat with crumb mixture. Place chicken ½" apart on a 15X10X1" jelly roll pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until fork tender and crisp.
