Crab-stuffed avocados

2 | tablespoons | Flour |
1 | cup | Milk |
6 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
3 | Garlic;cloves | |
½ | teaspoon | Worcestershire |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | dash | Pepper |
1 | tablespoon | Onion;grated |
¼ | teaspoon | Celery Salt |
1 | dash | Cayenne |
½ | cup | Cheddar Cheese |
Directions
Peel avocados and cut in half. Place ½ clove peeled garlic and 1 tablespoon vinegar in each half.
Melt butter in saucepan; add flour, stir. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and heat through.
Remove garlic and vinegar from avocado halves; fill with crab mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and place in pan with ¼ inch water in the bottom. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
