1 | cup | White sugar |
1 | cup | Brown sugar |
1½ | cup | Margarine |
2 | Eggs | |
1½ | teaspoon | Almond extract |
1½ | cup | Ground nuts |
1½ | cup | Ground cranberries |
Directions
From: Glenn/Sharon Gorman <Ranger@...> Date: Sat, 30 Jul 1994 15:01:48 GMT Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Cream together sugars, margarine, eggs and extract thoroughly. By hand, fold in flour mixture thoroughly. Add nuts and cranberries, mixing well. Shape into long rolls. Wrap in wax paper. Chill overnight. Cut into ⅛ inch slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
