Crawfish fettucini ii

Whites of 1 bunch of green onions | ||
3 | Garlic cloves | |
1 | can | Cream of shrimp soup |
1 | Stick oleo | |
1 | pint | Half n half |
1 | pounds | Velveeta cheese |
1½ | pounds | Flat egg noodles |
1 | pounds | Crawfish |
Directions
Boil noodles; drain and set aside. Saut bell pepper, onions and garlic in oleo until tender over low heat in large saucepan. Cut cheese into small pieces and melt in pan over low heat with previous ingredients. Add soup and tails and mix well. Add noodles and ½ of half n half milk. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes. Add remaining half n half prior to serving. Salt and pepper to taste. One to 2 tsps liquid crab boil may be used for a spicier dish.
