Crawfish pistolettes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Crawfish tails
8 ounces Cream cheese
½ Stick butter
1 small Onion; finely diced
1 Stalk celery; finely diced
½ Bell pepper; finely diced
2 Cloves garlic; finely diced
1 Jalapeno; seeded and diced
1 bunch Parsley; finely chopped
12 Bread rolls

Directions

Saute crawfish and vegetables slightly. Let cool then mix with butter and cream cheese.

Core the bread rolls and stuff with mixture. (Best to get hard crusted bread rolls).

Heat in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
