7 Pat dwigans -- nathan and
Goldman
1 cup Heavy cream
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Wine vinegar
10 Herrings, cleaned -- soaked
Over nght and filleted --
With
each Fillet cut into 5
Pieces
1 medium Onion

Directions

Whip cream with sugar. Fold in vinegar. Layer fllets and onion slices in glass jar and pour cream mixture over. Cover.
