Creamy low-cal mayonnaise^

Ingredients

cup Water
¼ cup White flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Onion powder
teaspoon Garlic powder
2 tablespoons Oil -=OR=-
3 tablespoons TAHINI -=OR=-
¼ cup Cashews
tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Simmer together all but oil and lemon juice. Scrape into blender.

While blending add oil. Stir in lemon juice. Chill. Makes 1½ cups.
