Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
24 larges Mushrooms
4 ounces Cream cheese; softened (125g)
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Green onions; finely chopped
24 Single mushroom stems; chopped
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Dillweed
1/16 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

1. Gently twist stems from mushrooms and reserve.

2. In small bowl, mash together cream cheese and parmesan using fork. Add remaining ingredients (except caps). Stuff caps and broil on ungreased baking sheet until golden brown. Serve hot.
