Crunchy chocolate chipsters

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter Flavor Crisco
½ cup Sugar, granulated
½ cup Sugar, brown, firmly packed
2 tablespoons Milk
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
cup Flour, all purpose
½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Crisp rice cereal
1 cup Chocolate chips, semi-sweet miniatures

Directions

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Bake Time: 9 Minutes 1. Heat oven to 350 F. Grease baking sheet with Butter Flavor Crisco.

Set aside.

2. Cream Butter Flavor Crisco, granulated sugar, brown sugar and milk in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.

Beat in egg and vanilla.

3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Mix until blended. Stir in creeal and chocolate. Drop level measuring tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto baking sheet.

4. Bake at 350 for 9 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.

Makes 4 dozen 2 inch cookies.
