Crunchy pecan chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Biscuit mix, buttermilk
½ teaspoon Poultry seasoning
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ cup Pecans; finely chopped
1 Broiler-fryer; cut into serving sized pieces
½ cup Milk, evaporated
½ cup Butter (or marg.); melted

Directions

Combine biscuit mix, seasonings, and nuts; mix well. Dip chicken in milk and coat with dry mixture; place chicken in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Pour butter over top and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
