Cumin black beans

Ingredients

1 Onion(s), chopped
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
¾ teaspoon Ground cumin seeds
1 can Black beans (16-19 oz) rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons Orange juice
1 tablespoon Cilantro; chopped

Directions

In small saucepan cook onion in oil over moderately high heat, stirring occasionally until softened and lightly browned. Add cumin and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in beans and orange juice and cook until beans are heated through and most of the liquid has evaporated. Stir in the cilantro.
