Curried rice pilaf mix

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Long-grain white rice; uncooked
1 cup Chopped dried apples
½ cup Currants
3 tablespoons Chicken-flavored instant bouillon
teaspoon Curry powder
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Allspice

Directions

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Sotre in airtight container.

To prepare: Combine ⅔ cup Mix in 1½ cups water. Bring to a boil.

Cover, simmer over low heat 14 - 18 minutes.

NOTES : Great for gift-giving!
