Curried rice pilaf mix

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

3 | cups | Long-grain white rice; uncooked |
1 | cup | Chopped dried apples |
½ | cup | Currants |
3 | tablespoons | Chicken-flavored instant bouillon |
1½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Allspice |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Sotre in airtight container.
To prepare: Combine ⅔ cup Mix in 1½ cups water. Bring to a boil.
Cover, simmer over low heat 14 - 18 minutes.
NOTES : Great for gift-giving!
