Corn rice pilaf

3 | tablespoons | Raisins |
½ | cup | ;water; boiling |
1 | cup | Celery; diced |
1 | Onion; chopped | |
4 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Canned corn; drained |
4 | cups | Rice; cooked |
Directions
Soak raisins in boiling wate to plump. In a deep skillet, saute the celery and onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add salt and drained raisins, and cook for 2 minutes. Add corn and cooked rice and heat through.
Toss lightly with a fork.
