Corn rice pilaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Raisins
½ cup ;water; boiling
1 cup Celery; diced
1 Onion; chopped
4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Canned corn; drained
4 cups Rice; cooked

Directions

Soak raisins in boiling wate to plump. In a deep skillet, saute the celery and onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add salt and drained raisins, and cook for 2 minutes. Add corn and cooked rice and heat through.

Toss lightly with a fork.
