Curried shrimp

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Butter (or marg.)
¼ cup Onion flakes; crushed
cup Flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoons Curry powder
1 cup Stock, chicken
2 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Lemon juice; freshly squeezd
4 cups Shrimp; cooked

Directions

Melt butter, add crushed onion flakes, and cook until soft. Stir in flour and seasonings. Add stock; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add milk, lemon juice, and shrimp. Heat thoroughly.
