Curried shrimp

Ingredients

¼ | cup | Onion flakes; crushed |
⅓ | cup | Flour, all-purpose |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | teaspoons | Curry powder |
1 | cup | Stock, chicken |
2 | cups | Milk |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice; freshly squeezd |
4 | cups | Shrimp; cooked |
Directions
Melt butter, add crushed onion flakes, and cook until soft. Stir in flour and seasonings. Add stock; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add milk, lemon juice, and shrimp. Heat thoroughly.
