2¼ cup EDENsoy OR- any EDEN food beverage
⅛ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla (if not using Vanilla flavor)
2½ tablespoon EDEN KUDZU; (dissolved in...
¼ cup EDENSOY)

Directions

Heat 2 cups EDENSOY, honey and vanilla (if using) in a saucepan. Add dissolved kudzu and cook until mixture thickens. Great as a dessert filling, with fruit, or as a quick pudding. Variation: Add 2 teaspoons of finely grated lemon zest and mix in well.
