Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 pounds Pork Butt
5 pounds Beef
4 tablespoons Morton's Tender Quick
3 tablespoons Black Pepper
tablespoon Onion Powder
tablespoon Granulated Garlic
tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper
1 tablespoon MSG
2 tablespoons Whole Peppercorns
2 tablespoons Whole Mustard Seeds
2 cups Natural spring water from the Fort Worth city water supply faucet

Directions

Cut meat to fit grinder. Mix spices with the water. Grind meat and add spiced water. Stuff into fiberous cases and smoke heavy. Aint ate none yet...in fact havent smoked it yet..but it sure smelling good so far.
