300 | millilitres | Water |
4 | Cabbage leaves; shredded | |
2 | slices | Streaky Bacon; roughly chopped |
Directions
1 Heat the oil in a large deep pan. Cut the onion into ½" rings. Whisk the flour and water to make a batter. Coat the onion rings in the batter and deep fry until golden brown. Deep fry the shredded cabbage and bacon.
