Deep fry batter

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Water
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ cup Vinegar
cup Flour
(1-3/4 for shrimp)

Directions

Mix together and wait until batter starts to bubble. Beat hard until it settles. Dip desired item and deep fry immediately. I use this batter to make my boneless pork. Dip and deep fry. Keep warm in oven, and then serve sweet and sour sauce over. These stay nice and crisp/crunchy. Have also used this for deep fried shrimp, and for chicken pieces.
