cup Graham cracker crumbs (16 crackers - or a ready-made crust)
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
2 eaches 8 oz. packages plus 1 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Grated lemon peel
3 eaches Eggs
¼ teaspoon Vanilla
1 can Cherry or blueberry pie filling or 1 cup dairy sour cream, for topping
1 each Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together the grahm crackers, 2
tablespoon Of sugar and melted butter.

Yield: 12 servings. This is a rich, delicious cheesecake, New York deli style. It makes a good alternative to the standard layer cake for birthdays.
