Deviled eggs with salted almonds

12 | Hard-cooked eggs | |
4 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
4 | tablespoons | Sour cream |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard |
⅓ | cup | Chopped salted almonds |
Directions
Cut eggs in half and scoop out yolks. Mash with mayonnaise and sour cream; add salt and mustard and blend well. Taste for seasonings; add more if too bland; you may want to add a dash of cayenne pepper. Refill egg whites and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
Yield: 12 servings
