Devilled mushrooms on toast

75 grams Mushrooms
1 dash White wine
2 fluid ounce Double cream
2 Spring onion tops; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh dill
1 slice White bread; toasted

Directions

1 Melt the butter in a medium frying pan. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.

2 Pour over the white wine and allow to reduce slightly. Add the cream, spring onions and dill. Serve on the hot toast.
