Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs Boudoir Biscuits
¼ pint Strong black coffee; (up to 1/2)
3 tablespoons Whiskey or any liqueur
75 grams (3oz) butter or marg.
75 grams (3oz castor sugar
100 grams (4oz) ground almonds
1 Egg yolk
¼ pint Cream

Directions



Make coffe & allow to cool.

Cream butter & sugar until creamy.

Add egg yolk, almonds, cream and whiskey slowly.

Dunk biscuits quickly in dish in cool coffee.

Mix alternate layers of biscuits with butter/cream mixture ending with biscuits.

Freeze now!

Allow a few hours to defrost.
