Double cheese macaroni casserole

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Macaroni
8 ounces Sliced cheddar cheese
1 cup Mushrooms
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Assemble the night before: (to make more time to paint) Cook macaroni al dente Line bottom and sides of a 1½ qt. casserole with cheese. Add cooked macaroni, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Top with grated cheese and bake @ 350o for 30 minutes.
