Heat in a microwave on High 1 to 1½ mins, until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred. 2. Stir in cocoa until blended. With a fork, beat in eggs, vanilla, and sugar until well mixed. Stir in flour and baking powder until well blended. Stir in pecans and remaining 1 cup chocolate chips. 3. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto foil-lined cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 mins, or until tops are cracked slightly. Let cookies cool on pans 5 mins, then remove to wire racks to let cool completely.
