Double peanut butter burst cookies

1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Butter; softened |
1 | cup | Brown sugar |
1 | cup | Granulated sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 | cup | Peanut butter |
2 | Eggs beaten | |
1 | pack | (12 oz) Peanut Butter morsels |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees In small bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, both sugars and vanilla, beat until creamy (3-5 min) Add eggs, beat well. Beat in peanut butter. Turn mixer to low; gradually add flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter morsels.
On lightly greased cookie sheets, drop by rounded teaspoonfuls. Bake for 10-12 min. or until brown around the edges. Cool on cookie sheets for 2 min. then remove to wire racks. Posted to Bakery-Shoppe Digest by travelers4now@... (Gary & Doris McCoy) on Apr 17, 1998
