Double peanut butter cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ cup Butter or margarine -- softened
½ cup Peanut butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
4 cups Nut & Honey Crunch -- crushed to 2 cups
1 cup Peanut butter chips

Directions

Stir together flour, salt and baking powder; set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in dry ingredients, cereal and peanut butter chips. Drop by slightly rounded tbsp onto ungreased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. With fork, flatten cookies to 2¼" in diameter. Bake at 350 about 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack before storing in airtight container. 130 calories per cookie.
