Dry garlic spareribs (suen tau paai gwat)

2 | pounds | Pork spareribs; cut in pieces |
½ | cup | Soy sauce |
¼ | cup | Garlic; minced |
Directions
1. Mix soy sauce and chopped garlic. Pour over spareribs.
2. Marinate for 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat oven to 300F. Place ribs on rack over drip pan and roast 1 to 1-½ hours until dry.
