Dry salami and mushroom bolognese

Ingredients

8 ounces Sliced Monterey Mushrooms
4 ounces Sliced Dry Salami; (minced)
1 Yellow onion; (chopped)
3 Cloves garlic; (minced)
1 bunch Italian parsley; (chopped)
2 tablespoons Fresh oregano; (chopped)
¼ cup Red wine
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons Salt
2 tablespoons Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Dried crushed red chilies
1 can (12 Oz.) crushed tomatoes

Directions

In a blender place mushrooms, salami and next four ingredients. Blend till finely chopped. Heat oil in large sauté pan and add mushroom mixture. Sauté for 5 minutes or until liquids are gone. Deglaze pan with red wine and reduce out. Add remaining ingredients; cook for 10 minutes. Pour over your favorite pasta and enjoy.
