Ingredients

6 eaches 10-inch flour tortillas
36 slices Ham/turkey ham sliced very thin - a
1 each 8-oz bag shredded swiss cheese
3 cups Fine chopped lettuce
1 each Diced tomato
2 tablespoons Chopped green pepper
½ each Cucumber cut in small chunks
2 eaches Chopped green onion
¾ cup Miracle whip dressing
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
2 teaspoons Sugar or 1 packet sugar substitute
½ teaspoon Celery seed
3 tablespoons Milk

Directions

For each burrito, arrange 6 slices of ham on each tortilla. Sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded swiss cheese on top of ham. Roll and secure with toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Place burritos in baking pan; cover with foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes, or until cheese is all melted. While sandwiches heat, mix together the lettuce, tomato, green pepper, cucumber and green onions. Toss lightly. For dressing, combine miracle whip, mustard, sugar, celery seed and milk until smooth and creamy. Remove burritos from oven, open tortillas half- way and spoon ⅔ cup salad mixture evenly along center of each. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon dressing onto salad mixture. Re-close and secure with toothpicks.

Serve immediately.
