Easy egg braid

Ingredients

teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cups Flour
teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Butter
2 tablespoons Honey
1 Egg
¼ cup Milk
¼ cup Water
Honey Glaze

Directions

To complete Easy Egg Braid in bread machine: Select "Normal" program.

Press "Start".

To bake Easy Egg Braid in conventional oven: Place all ingredients into pan. Select "Dough" program. Press "Start." Bread machine will beep at end of program. Press "Stop/Reset;" remove dough. Divide into 3 parts. Roll each third into 12-inch ropes. Pinch top ends together. On greased cookie sheet, loosely braid. Tuck ends under to seal. Cover; let rise in warm place until almost doubled, about 30 minutes. Bake at 400 F 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Submitted By DAN KLEPACH On 08-14-95
