Eddy raven's chewy bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Light brown sugar
½ cup Butter, softened
3 Eggs
2 cups Self-rising flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chopped pecans

Directions

Recipe by: KAREN PHILLIPS Preheat oven to 350*. In saucepan melt brown sugar and butter. Turn into mixing bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each. Add flour. Blend well. Add vanilla and pecans. Stir thoroughly. Pour batter into a greased 9x13x2 baking pan. Bake 30 minutes.

Cool, Cut into squares. Makes 12 squares.
