6 | slices | White bread |
1 | pounds | Sausage or ham, , Jimmy Dean Hot |
8 | Eggs | |
2 | cups | Milk |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
1 | cup | Sharp cheddar cheese, , grated |
Directions
Cook sausage or ham and drain. Beat eggs slightly and add milk, salt, mustard, and cheese. Put bread slices in the bottom of a 9X13" casserole and cover with egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 deg. F for 30 minutes.
