Eggnog cheesecake

1 | 8 oz cream cheese, soft | |
1 | can | 14 oz condensed milk |
1 | Egg | |
½ | teaspoon | Brandy or rum extract |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
1 | Graham cracker pie crust | |
Whipped topping & ground | ||
Nutmeg for garnish |
Directions
In large bowl, with electric mixer, mix cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk, egg, extract and nutmeg and beat until smooth. Pour into crust.
Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes or just until set. Cook completely. Chill for 3-4 hours, and garnish. Serve.
