Eggnog coffee

Ingredients

¼ | cup | Brandy |
1½ | tablespoon | Dark rum |
1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar, firmly packed |
1½ | teaspoon | Instant espresso powder or instant coffee powder |
2 | cups | Purchased lowfat eggnog |
¼ | cup | Frozen dessert topping |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher until sugar and espresso powder dissolve. Stir in eggnog. Cover and refrigerate. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Serve in cups with a dollop of topping, and sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg.
