Eggplant-walnut delight

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 x Medium eggplant
1 x Medium onion
½ cup Walnut meats
1 x Salt, to taste
1 x Oregano, to taste
½ cup Tomato sauce

Directions

Peel eggplant and cut into chunks. Put eggplant, onion, and nut meats through a food grinder or chop in a blender. Add seasonings and tomato sauce and mix thoroughly.
