1 cup Milk
½ cup Coarsely grated sharp
Cheddar
tablespoon Each of flour & butter to
Form a roux
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
2 teaspoons Dry sherry
Tabasco
2 Muffins, split & toasted

Directions

Heat milk in pan. Stir in cheese & thicken with roux. Stir mixture over medium heat until thick. Add remaining seasonings to taste.

Serve over muffins.
