GLAZE
ESTHER'S BRACELETS: These delicate cookies honor Queen Esther, who revealed the evil plot of Haman to King Ahasuerus of ancient Persia, thereby saving the Persian Jews...anyway, they're good! Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix Together first 5 ingredients. Stir in the next 2.
Shape dough into 1-¼" diameter balls. Roll each into a rope, 6" long. Form each into a circle, crossing ends & tucking under to form a perfect "bracelet." Place on ungreaased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or til set but not brown. Remove from sheet. COOL completely. Prepare GLAZE and drizzle on cookies.
Sprinkle with additional nuts if desired.
Mix glaze ingredient until of drizzling consistency.
