Fanfold baked potatoes

2 | tablespoons | Marg, melted |
1 | tablespoon | Parsley flakes |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Green onions, sliced thin |
4 | tablespoons | Cheddar, grated |
2 | tablespoons | Parmesan |
Directions
Directions: Peel potatoes, rinse and pat dry. Cut into thin slices but not all the way through. Spread to make a fan. Place in a micro-wave dish and sprinkle with melted marg, parsley, salt and green onions. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, re-arranging after 5 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheeses.
Microwave another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and potatoes soft.
