1 cup Dry red wine
tablespoon Soy sauce
¼ teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Marjoram
teaspoon Pepper
2 pounds Lean meat (flank or round
Steak, poultry, fish)

Directions

Crumble oregano and marjoram into wine and soy sauce. Add pepper.

Place meat in a plastic bag, pour marinade over, and seal bag. Chill 12 to 18 hours. Baste meat with marinade while cooking.
