Fermented fruit friendship lemon cake

| 3 | ounces | Pkg lemon instant pudding |
| 4 | eaches | Eggs |
| ⅔ | cup | Vegetable oil |
| 2 | teaspoons | Orange extract |
| 1½ | cup | Fermented fruit |
| From fermented fruit starter | ||

| 1 | cup | Nuts; chopped |
| 1 | cup | Raisins |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cake and pudding mixes, eggs, oil and orange extract in a large bowl. Add fruit, nuts and raisins and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased, floured tube pan and bake 1 hour. Let cook 15 minutes before removing from pan.
