Fettuccine with spinach and sun dried tomatoes

¼ cup Olive oil
3 cloves Garlic; chopped
¾ pounds Chicken breast; skinned and boned; cubed
10 ounces Spinach; stemmed and chopped
1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes; sliced
1 cup Chicken broth
½ cup Feta cheese; crumbled
½ pounds Fettuccine

Directions

In large skillet stir fry oil, garlic and chicken over medium heat until the chicken is cooked throughout. Add the raw spinach, tomatoes and chicken broth; cover and simmer over low heat until the spinach is wilted and tomatoes softened. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and season to taste.
