Fibre-rich: winter garden salad

4 | cups | Carrots, shredded |
2 | cups | Broccoli, chopped |
1 | cup | Raisins |
½ | cup | Sunflower seeds |
1 | cup | Low-fat plain yogurt |
¼ | cup | Chutney |
1 | teaspoon | Curry powder |

Directions
DRESSING
In bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli, raisins and sunflower seeds.
Dressing: In small bowl, stir together yogurt, chutney and curry powder. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Per serving: about 190 calories, 6 g Protein, 5 g fat, 34 g carbohydrate
