Fig and orange muffins

3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
1 | Egg | |
¼ | cup | Melted butter or salad oil |
1 | cup | Milk |
½ | cup | Chopped dried figs |
1 | Orange; fresh grated rind of |
Directions
Preheat over to 410øF, prepare pans. Sift flour again with sugar, baking powder & salt into bowl. Beat egg with butter & stir in milk. Add dry mix to wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for about 25 mins or until well browned. Makes 10 muffins.
