¼ cup Chablis wine
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 Egg yolk
1 Spring minced parsley

Directions

Broil sole with a few squeezes of fresh lemon juice until it starts to brown; remove. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish. Broil until sauce begins to bubble. Serve at once.
