1 | pack | Vanilla instant pudding (mixed as directed) |

Strawberry Jam |
Directions
I got this recipe from my sister-in-law who got it from her aunt, who got it from her sister and so on and so on.... Anyway its very easy and very delicious. It's great after a big meal as its very light.
Mix together pudding and topping and layer bottom of 9 x 13 pan with thin layer. Cover with a layer of crackers and then another layer of pudding mixture. Continue doing this, ending with a pudding layer, until pudding mixture is gone. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight (or for several hours). Before serving spread a layer of jam over top. Cut into squares and serve. A wonderful dessert.
Note: I microwave the jam for a minute or two to make it easier to spread.
If you use all low fat ingredients this recipe would be great for diets.
