8 eaches Cloves; whole
2 teaspoons Whole peppercorns
teaspoon Juniper berries; dried
6 eaches Thyme; sprigs of, leavesonly

Directions

NOTE: This is for 25 lb s of any kind of meat. Mix well then crush or pound in a mortar and use as Salt in brines or for dry Salting.
