Fluffy pancakes

1 | teaspoon | Oil |
1 | Egg | |
1 | cup | Milk |
1½ | cup | Flour; any kind (I use a mixture of unbleached; whole wheat; and about 1/4 cup oat bran) |
4 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
Directions
Whip the egg and oil together until foamy, then add remaining ingredients.
Batter will be thick. Stir just until mixed, some lumps are ok. Makes about a dozen medium size pancakes.
