Fresh mango chutney

¼ | cup | Chinese preserved black beans, rinsed |
¼ | cup | Green onions, thinly sliced on the bias |
Oregano | ||
Zest and juice of one lime | ||
Zest and juice of one orange | ||
¼ | cup | Diced red onions |
2 | tablespoons | Grated ginger |
2 | Red jalapeno peppers, sliced in thin circles | |
1 | small | Sweet red pepper, diced |
¼ | cup | Rice wine vinegar |
1 | cup | Light olive oil |
1 | tablespoon | Toasted cumin seed |
Directions
½ CUP MIXED, CHOPPED FRESH
Mix together all ingredients; adjust seasoning with salt and citrus.
Let sit for a few hours before serving.
