Mango chutney salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Mango, peeled and diced
cup Red pepper, diced
¼ tablespoon Ginger, minced
1 ounce Honey, liquid
½ tablespoon Mint leaves, dry

Directions

NOTE: This sauce is excellent on chicken, lamb and fish! Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer.
